Hi, do I require a EPERB to travel to Morten island from Clontarf. Thanks you for any assistance.

Legally No.

My advice is yes, wear a PLB.

Anyway as a rough guide South of Bribie (Skirmish Point) to the Comboyuro Point on Moreton is stil partially smooth.

Once you get to Moreton you can go around without one as long as you stay within 2nm.

Here is a map you can have a look at  https://www.msq.qld.gov.au/-/media/MSQInternet/MSQFiles/Home/Safety/Smooth-and-partially-smooth-water-limits/Swl-brisbane/Pdf_s8sw_2_2_brisnt.pdf?la=en

See you on the water for some FUN!
