Some models require a cylinder head bolt replacement.

To determine which Skis need this they have to be connected to BUDS.

Please see the attached info for more details.

I know stretch bolts but take out a 10mm to replace with 8mm bit odd to me

It may be pulling down too hard on the timing? Maybe. Who knows but they're saying its not urgent or a safety issue.

We serviced one last week that was effected by it. It looks like it was the first ones built. There is a 20 minute software update on buds for them too.

We're told the bolts will be in Australian dealerships in a couple of weeks so were leaving everything until after Easter so everyone's good to go enjoy the break.

Out of interest I thought I'd share a few things.

The plugs are different. global and Bursons cant get them until the end of March approx.

The oil filter is the same dimensions but has a strong gauze over it assume to stop them collapsing.

The one we serviced had a broken pin in the bonnet as theyre plastic (and were told designed to break?!?)  However not covered under warranty!!!

It also had a broken rear seat clip from the seat not coming down in the right place which is easy to do as you cant see underneath. This was also not covered by warranty and has specific quarter inch rivets to fit them. No one has quarter inch rivet guns generally but Coach Builders use them.
