My fishing setup
« on: March 03, 2017, 11:44:16 AM »
I think I'm ready for a days fishing now with the ski setup with esky, rod holders, trolling rod holder and my Garmin striker 4DV with the transducer mounted in the hull.

Nice looking rig will let you know when we are heading out what areas do you fish.

Aaron,

I would be interested in joining you if you head out. I normally fish off Moreton Island but happy to go anywhere..

For sure Norm will be sure to let you know when heading out. In fact next Sunday could be a go as the weather looks promising but we all know that could change this far out.  Where do you launch from to get to the Cape, I usually go from Spiniker.

I'm going to Moogerah this weekend..normally I leave from VMR Bribie or Spinnaker but it takes me 2 hrs to get there. So to leave at 6am is difficult, however I'm always keen so let me know if and when and I 'll try and make it

Hi Velrod, what did you secure the Garmin base to the cup holder with? How has it held up in that location?

Thanks
