AJSA Announcement WaterRescue & Event Marshal Training
« on: November 13, 2017, 07:25:17 PM »
Have you got what it takes?

The AJSA is holding another Marshal training day next Saturday (18th Nov '17).

We're all meeting at the Paradise Point Boat ramp at 8am for a training session. We'll do some skills training there and then make our way to the surf.

A good feed will be on the agenda afterwards!

The purpose of the training is to build on the skills that the existing Marshal team is proficient in and to expand on other skills as the team grows.

The team will be working at Australian events held by the AJSA & other organisations, and for those that reach a level of expertise there will be opportunities to travel to work at international events too.

You'll be working with some of the most sophisticated communications technology available today and are guaranteed to learn plenty.

Whilst you'll need a degree of riding fitness we welcome everyone interested to come along and give it a try. Ladies are very welcome. This is a free session to come along and find out if this is for you!

Registration is required here: http://ajsa.org.au/waterrescue-event-marshal-training/

We hope to see you next Saturday!
